Be Different Altered Album

Kiwi Lane and Fancy Pants Designs have partnered up this month to share some fabulous projects.  With the Fancy Pants Be Different Collection I made a journal for my son.  

I embellished the front of a snap album with a combo of the collections ephemera and the Tiny Bracket template form Kiwi Lane.  

The inside of the album has these great dividers, so I made pockets for the using templates for Kiwi Lane also.

Templates Used:  Tiny Bracket 1T, Madison Avenue Mini 2A

Kiwi Lane Pocket Page Style

Hello everyone!  I've got another Pocket Page on the blog today!  Yes, this is becoming a trend with me.  This one's for the Kiwi Lane Design Team.  I've got the Kiwi Lane templates in this one along with Echo Park's Bundle of Joy-Girl Collection. 

The Tiny bracket is one of my favorite shapes to use for pocket page style scrapbooking.  

This page is the first one in my baby girl's album.

Special Delivery

This is one of my favorite layouts.  Bo Bunny's Baby Bump Collection from FotoBella, was a great score since I had a HUGE pile of baby photos that needed to be scrapbooked!  This layout is of the day my newest daughter was born and shows how proud the men in her life were.

I used the embellishment grouping to draw the eye through the page from top left to the center and down, to keep the focus of the photo, while also enjoying the beauty of the page.

The simple "I love you" sentiment reflects the emotion of this layout.

Love your siblings pocket page

Another Inspired By Pinterest

It's Pinterest Day with Kiwi Lane, one of my favorite blog posts to do!  And....I got to work with my all time favorite company....My Mind's Eye!  Love, love, love them and the Chalk Studio Collection!

What I loved about this layout is the fold over of the paper to reveal the photo.

I used the fold over to reveal my journaling.

To start, I placed the templates on the page.  I used the Wacky and Celebrate designs.

The cloud made the perfect background for my journaling.

Families Bloom with Love

Spring is in the air thanks to My Mind's Eye Now & Then FotoBella Bundle!  I found some great gardening photos to pair with the collection of my kids planting flowers with their Dad.

The colors of this collections are really soft & pretty and pair perfectly with my photos.  

One of my favorites is the floral paper, which I fussy cut the flowers out of for embellishing.  

And those cute chipboard banners I just love also.  I incorporated the banners with phrases to create a caption for the layout, "Love Saturday Fun."  

Ooh and that gold stripe washi tape is fabulous! Can't wait to add this layout to my album.
